Delete your Raw7a account

For rider and driver accounts used in the Raw7a mobile app

Delete inside the app

1. Open Raw7a and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the retention notice, enter your current password, and confirm.

The app immediately signs you out after a successful request. Direct account identifiers are deleted or anonymized, normally within 30 days.

If you cannot use the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Raw7a account deletion request” and the phone number used for the account. Do not send your password, OTP, identity document, or payment credentials. We will use a safe identity-verification step before acting.

What is deleted or anonymized

• Name, phone number, authentication identifiers, push token, preferences, and active credentials.
• Driver identity/selfie/vehicle files unless a limited legal or active safety hold applies.
• Content uploaded by the account where it can be safely separated from legally retained trip records.

What may be retained

Completed trip, fare, earning, settlement, fraud-prevention, safety, and audit records may remain in anonymized or restricted form where needed for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or safety obligations. Active trips and unresolved driver settlements must be resolved before automated deletion. We will explain any exception in our response.
