Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Raw7a in Lebanon. By creating an account or using trip chat, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
Rider account holders must be at least 18. Drivers must be at least 21, hold all licences and permissions required for their vehicle and service, and complete Raw7a verification. Provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us of unauthorized access. One person may not impersonate another or create accounts to evade suspension.
What Raw7a provides
Raw7a is technology that helps riders request and coordinate transportation with eligible independent service providers. Availability is not guaranteed. The app may estimate arrival, route, duration, and price; road, traffic, location, or operational conditions may change actual results.
Rides, fares, cancellations, and driver settlement
Review the displayed fare and ride details before confirming. Riders and drivers must follow displayed cancellation and safety instructions. Payments and driver commission settlements concern real-world transportation—not digital content. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, licences, vehicle condition, insurance, and legal obligations unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Community and content rules
Trip chat is only for safe ride coordination. Do not send harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, exploitation, illegal material, spam, malware, private information unrelated to the ride, or content you lack the right to share. Do not record or share another person without lawful authority. Raw7a may restrict content, block contact, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful investigations. Safety
Confirm the driver, vehicle, destination, and boarding PIN where offered. Follow traffic and helmet/seat requirements. Raw7a is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate Lebanese emergency authority first, then report the incident to Raw7a. See our Safety Standards.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for safety, fraud, unpaid driver settlements, legal requirements, or material breach. You may delete your account in the app. Active rides and unresolved settlement or safety matters must first be completed or resolved; retained records are handled under the Privacy Policy.
Service limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and lawful conduct.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms and will present material updates for acceptance. These terms are governed by applicable Lebanese law, subject to mandatory consumer rights and competent courts. Questions: [email protected].
